Daniel Pardo is originally from Chișinău, Moldova and joined the Corcelli lab as a freshman in the spring of 2020. He is currently applying molecular dynamics simulations in coordination with weighted ensemble to understand how a minor groove binder bound to DNA affects the stability of the adjacent base pairs. Outside of lab, Daniel enjoys reading about history and historical linguistics, learning languages, watching anime, and reading manga.
