ND Trustee is CEO for AP-TIP IN Partner

The National Math and Science initiative (NMSI), a key partner in the Advanced Placement Training and Incentive Program in Indiana (AP-TIP IN), which is administered by the Institute for Educational Initiatives, has named Sara Martinez Tucker as its new CEO. Tucker is a nationally recognized educator and leader whose other roles include service on the Board of Trustees of the University of Notre Dame. She previously served as Under Secretary of Education in the U.S. Department of Education (2006-2008) and as CEO of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.
