Indian Entrepreneurs’ View of the Law

This is an interesting article about how some entrepreneurs in India view the law, and how legal technology can assist some fledgling entrepreneurs and other citizens navigate the legal system. It also talks about B2B legal technology, which I had not really thought about before.

  1. It’s really interesting how young lawyers in India start a practice, and the types of legal needs that they face. I wonder why there aren’t equivalent legal service providers in the United States. I’m from Arizona, and I know we have a high number of pro se clients who could really benefit from affordable legal services. Maybe it’s because getting a law degree is expense, and lawyers can’t see a return offering their services like they do in India.
