I’m a first year Ph.D. student in the History and Philosophy of Science program. Before moving to Notre Dame, I graduated in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Innsbruck.
I grew up in the middle of the Alps and have lived in the endless expanses of Indiana since August of 2023. My main research interest lies in the philosophy of economics. In my view this is a young but important field. Economics since Adam Smith has heavily influenced policy and politics thus, I think thorough philosophical reflections about the merits and demerits of economics are pertinent.
In general I’m very keen about science, economics and nearly every topic in philosophy.
