5:30-7:00 pm: reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres at Seven on 9 (location TBC)
Monday, April 14
(coffee and water available all day)
8:00-9:00 am: breakfast service at Jordan Hall
10:00-11:00 am: light snacks (granola, fruit) available
12:00-1:00 pm: buffet lunch in the Jordan Hall Reading Room
2:30 pm onward: cookies and pretzels available
6:00 pm: drinks and dinner at Café Navarre
Tuesday, April 15

8:00-9:00 am: breakfast service at Jordan Hall
11:00 am onward: boxed lunches available
