\n2. How to choose an SP for a mobile device is quite a problem? Often we choose the one with the highest radio signals. This paper analyzes the other possible metrics and claims that 86 % of improvement has been achieved.
\n3. The experiments are well done and discussions are clear.
\n4. The abstract and conclusion are sufficient and clear.<\/p>\n
