- Add Public Finding Aid URL to EAD Location Field
- Create Box Labels from ArchivesSpace .csv Export
- Create a “Processed” Event in ArchivesSpace
- Export EAD for Sites & Systems
- Move Materials to Permanent Location(s)
- Update Shelf List
- Export and Transform MARCXML for Bibliographic Catalogs
- Create NACO records, if necessary; add LC authority system numbers to corresponding ArchivesSpace authority records
- Update Collection Files
- Update Processing Tracker to show “completed” status
- Send Follow-up Communication
