We have the specialized knowledge to act as a guide and lead the business through unknown or unmapped territory, to get it to its desired destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At a high level, business analysis includes:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Investigation of a business problem\/need from a holistic view of the situation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluation of actions needed to solve the business problem\/needs or improve the operation of a business system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(If applicable) Assisting with vendor selection, for Off-the-Shelf (OTS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting with solution validation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the effective use of business analysis, we can ensure an organization realizes these benefits, ultimately improving the way they do business, so basically&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business Analysis Helps Businesses <em>Do <\/em>Business Better.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is Business Analysis?
