Jefferson Bass describes that careers in forensic science is not suited to impatient people. Some cases remain open for decades. However, in this chapter, the case closed almost as fast as one does on CSI. Dr. Bass used dental identification to determine who was the murder victim, and then used trauma analysis to determine how the victim was murdered by interpreting marks on bone.
