The cluster is developing a training program and a set of data tools for pro-democracy campaign strategists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the program covers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Training from cluster researchers and experienced campaign strategists on democratic campaign development.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>How to use empirical evidence at the decision points where campaigns commit resources.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Accessible tools that let strategists visualize panel survey data and fine-grained electoral returns from previous elections.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement with practitioners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The research component is linked to engagement with party strategists and campaign workers. The cluster connects with practitioners in the countries it studies and invites them to action-oriented meetings and workshops, alongside conference sessions and workshops hosted at Notre Dame and with partner institutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Practitioners also join the cluster\u2019s courses. Recent guest sessions are listed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.nd.edu\/cfd\/teaching\/\">teaching page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training program is in development.
