Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Notre Dame and a Master of Arts in Math Education from Ball State University. Scott says, \u201cThe challenge of getting reluctant stakeholders to buy into a change\u201d is why he enjoys Change Management. Donna received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ball State University and a Master of Science in Occupational and Technical Education from Old Dominion University. Donna likes helping people cross from \u201cwhat was\u201d to \u201cwhat is\u201d without feeling like they are alone on a high wire. Lisa went to Western Michigan University, where she studied Marketing and Business. Lisa has an immense passion for change management and challenges everyone to \u201cBe curious. Kyle earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership along with a Master\u2019s degree in the same field. He served in the United States Navy (Submarine Force), where he developed a foundation in leadership, operations, and navigating complex organizational environments.
