Our work done in collaboration with Prof. Milorad Milosevic and Prof. Francois Peeters (both former visitors of the Institute for Theoretical Sciences at ND\/ANL and colleagues from Belgium) will be featured on the cover of the special issue\u00a0 and as a first article in this volume.
