Spaces in EMS can be booked through Google calendar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrate EMS and Facility Management (AiM) (Summer 2020):<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eliminate the need for manual entry of facility details and maintenance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Upgrade EMS 2020 (Awaiting Prioritization):<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Expedite event scheduling via mobile devices and G-Suite integration<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enhance Event and Space Reporting (Awaiting Prioritization):<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">EMS data to the EDW.
