What do you look for in new recruits?
We accept all members who are willing to put in the time to be a part of the team. No experience is necessary — we will teach you and provide all the learning resources you need to become a highly contributing member no matter your initial experience level.

Do you only take engineering majors?
No! We have many current members who are neither mechanical nor electrical engineers. Because our team strives to teach all new members from any experience level, this team is a great option regardless of major. We also have a business subsystem that interfaces with companies to raise funds.
