Flights<\/h4>\n
All FLTAs should try to schedule\u00a0flights\u00a0to arrive at Chicago O\u2019Hare International Airport\u00a0between 8 am and 6 pm on Saturday, August 4, 2018. Once an FLTA has booked his or her flight, they must fill out this\u00a0form<\/a>.<\/p>\n **DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BAGGAGE UNATTENDED WHILE TRAVELING**<\/p>\n If your baggage does not arrive at O\u2019Hare Airport, please make sure to report your missing luggage to the airline and give this as your address:<\/p>\n The Morris Inn The Morris Inn is right across the street from the McKenna Conference Center, and thus the above address is\u00a0the best place for the airline to send your luggage.<\/p>\n The Directors and CSLC Staff will be available 35 minutes before each scheduled departure time to\u00a0greet FLTAs and transport them by coach to the University of Notre Dame.<\/p>\n All FLTAs should gather at the\u00a0Meeting Point (pictured below)\u00a0*inside* Terminal 5 (International Arrivals) at O\u2019Hare International Airport (Chicago)\u00a030<\/strong>\u00a0minutes before the next bus is scheduled to leave\u00a0<\/strong>(local time), Saturday 4th August 2018. If you enter Terminal 5 via Gate B, turn left. If you enter Terminal 5 via Gate A, turn right.<\/p>\n Coach #1 departs from outside Terminal 5 for Notre Dame at <\/strong>12:00pm<\/p>\n Coach #2 departs from outside Terminal 5 for Notre Dame at <\/strong>3:00pm<\/p>\n Coach #3 departs from outside Terminal 5 for Notre Dame at <\/strong>6:00pm<\/p>\n Coach #4 departs from outside Terminal 5 for Notre Dame at <\/strong>9:30pm<\/p>\n All FLTAs will be responsible for their own luggage. No luggage porters will be supplied.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n All FLTAs will be returned to O\u2019Hare International Airport on Wednesday (8th August). The bus(es) will depart from McKenna Hall for O\u2019Hare Airport\u00a0at\u00a09:00 am SHARP.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n You will arrive at Terminal 1, 2, and 3\u00a0at O\u2019Hare\u00a0around\u00a011:30 am.\u00a0<\/strong>As such, FLTAs are strongly advised to book flights to their host institutions that depart O\u2019Hare after\u00a02:00 pm<\/strong>\u00a0(local time).<\/p>\n There will only be this one bus departure time.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n If you have a flight leaving before 2:00 pm, please consider making alternative airport transportation\u00a0arrangements so as to make sure you do not miss your flight.<\/p>\n You can find a bus that will leave Notre Dame before\u00a09:00 am and pick-up a block from McKenna Hall\u00a0by going to this website:\u00a0http:\/\/www.coachusa.com\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n Tickets will cost $42 if bought in advance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Terminals at O\u2019Hare Airport<\/a><\/p>\nLost Baggage<\/h4>\n
