It is critical to get more volunteers that will stay around so that the teens can become comfortable around them. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tutors should also be consistent as well. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cI like the environment. There are good people and we learn good habits.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Kaliyah<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Guiding Principle 3: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Help me inform others<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Not many teens know about BGC. This is due to a lack of advertising by the club, and the members do not talk to their friends about it.
