Very comfortable with Linux: my main OS is Ubuntu (I have finally moved on from Manjaro), and I frequently use Red Hat when maintaining or developing on personal and lab computers.\n<ul>\n<li>Familiar with the <a href=\"https:\/\/palisade-crypto.org\/\">PALISADE<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Microsoft\/SEAL\">Microsoft SEAL<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shoup.net\/ntl\/\">NTL<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openfhe.org\/\">OpenFHE<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/gmplib.org\/\">GMP<\/a> libraries, as well as with the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/intel\/linux-sgx\">SGX SDK<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gramine.readthedocs.io\/en\/stable\/sgx-intro.html\">Gramine<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Some experience with Java, C#, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/MUMPS\">MUMPS<\/a> (most readers will need to follow the link), Visual Basic 6, containerization, Hadoop, Tensorflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Previous research collaborations with: Duality, Facebook, Google, CryptoLab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Academic Notes:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Named as a finalist for the <a href=\"https:\/\/research.facebook.com\/blog\/2022\/2\/announcing-the-recipients-of-the-2022-meta-phd-research-fellowship\/\">Meta PhD Fellowship for 2022<\/a> (approximately in the top 5% of applicants)!<\/li>\n<li>Awarded an <a href=\"https:\/\/cse.nd.edu\/news\/cse-2021-graduate-student-awards\/\">Outstanding TA Award from ND CSE<\/a> for Spring 2021!<\/li>\n<li>Awarded the competitive <a href=\"https:\/\/graduateschool.nd.edu\/funding\/select-fellowships\/jack-and-mary-ann-remick-fellowship-in-engineering\/\">Jack and Mary Ann Remick Fellowship in Engineering<\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nd.edu\/\">Notre Dame<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Graduated <em>cum laude<\/em> from both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.albion.edu\/\">Albion<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/umich.edu\/\">Michigan<\/a>, with 3 years or less per degree (counting only time on campus; I delayed my graduation from Albion)<\/li>\n<li>Minor with Honors and Thesis in Applied Mathematics at Albion, minor in Mathematics at Michigan &#8211; you can probably guess what I really wanted to go to grad school for<\/li>\n<li>Graduated from Michigan in 2017, the University&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/president.umich.edu\/about\/archived-events\/bicentennial\/\">Bicentennial<\/a> year, earning the special dark blue Bicentennial tassel alongside the College of Engineering&#8217;s orange tassel. I also share a homecoming class with my dad (Michigan divides alumni into homecoming classes by their graduating year modulo 10).<\/li>\n<li>My Erd\u0151s number is 4 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csauthors.net\/distance\/paul-erdos\/jonathan-takeshita\">https:\/\/www.csauthors.net\/distance\/paul-erdos\/jonathan-takeshita<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong>Boy Scouts of America<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eagle_Scout_%28Boy_Scouts_of_America%29\">Eagle Scout rank<\/a> achieved in the rank&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.scoutingmagazine.org\/2011\/10\/14\/special-badge-for-scouts-who-earn-eagle-in-2012\/\">Centennial<\/a> year (2012), with the special badge to show for it<\/li>\n<li>Order of the Arrow &#8211; Brotherhood<\/li>\n<li>Held elected office as Senior Patrol Leader (troop&#8217;s elected head) and Patrol Leader. Earned Honor Patrol 3 times as Patrol Leader.<\/li>\n<li>Didn&#8217;t earn the Computers merit badge, though my career in computing doesn&#8217;t seem to have suffered for it.<\/li>\n<li>Merit Badges: Swimming, First Aid, Communications, Environmental Science, Indian Lore, Small Boat Sailing, Citizenship in the World, Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in the Community, Music, Mammal Study, Personal Management, Lifesaving, Personal Fitness, Family Life, Camping, Wilderness Survival, Crime Prevention, Fingerprinting, Law, Carpentry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong>Gaming (past achievements)<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Top 2000 worldwide in duel wins in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teamfortress.com\/\">Team Fortress 2<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mordhau.com\/\">Mordhau<\/a>: Top 700 worldwide solo rank, top 500 worldwide teams rank<\/li>\n<li>Diamond 1 rank in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paladins.com\/\">Paladins<\/a> (top 16% in North America)<\/li>\n<li>Doubles 1st place and singles 2nd place at the Tilt On 10 Mile<a href=\"https:\/\/pmunofficial.com\/en\/\"> Super Smash Bros.
