He is currently an IIN Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University (2022-2026).  Jin obtained his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) (2021) and his B.E. in Materials Science and Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology (2016). Jin\u2019s research has been published in top journals such as <em>Nature Catalysis<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Science Advances<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Journal of the American Chemical Society<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Nano Letters<\/em>, and featured in major media outlets including&nbsp;ScienceDaily, Science News Today, Green Car Congress, ELETime.
