Students are required to earn 30 credits total, with at least 24 credits at the 60000 level or higher, and the remaining 6 credits at the 40000 level or higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For students entering the program with non-EAC\/ABET-accredited undergraduate degrees who are targeting careers requiring professional engineering (PE) registration, please review the information at the bottom of our &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.nd.edu\/meng\/who-should-apply-2\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sites.nd.edu\/meng\/built-environment-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Who Should Apply?<\/a>&#8221; page regarding credential evaluations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Structural Engineering (Track A)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This curriculum was developed with direct input from industry partners and employers of our graduates, as well as the results of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncsea.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/292209-C-BasicEducation.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.structuremag.org\/?p=21383\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">public surveys<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Track A is for students with undergraduate degrees in structural engineering, architectural engineering with a structural emphasis, or civil engineering with a structural engineering concentration or minor.
