Francesca Lichtenberger
Secretary-General

Learn About Francesca

Francesca is a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame pursuing a major in Political Science (Pre-Law) as well as minors in Data Science, French, and the Glynn Family Honors Program. After serving as Undersecretary-General of Internal Affairs at NDMUNC I, Francesca is ecstatic to serve as Secretary-General for NDMUNC II! She looks forward to both planning the conference as well as facilitating it, supporting delegates in engaging committees, riveting debating, and collaborative diplomacy. In addition to roles on the secretariat, Francesca has served on the NDMUN Executive board as Director of Outreach, Director of Fundraising, and currently serves as Vice President.

Outside of Model United Nations, Francesca is involved in the Notre Dame Student Government, Walsh Hall Council, and serves in ambassador positions for Beyond the Dome as well as the Glynn Family Honors Program. Francesca holds fellowships with the Nanovic Institute for European Studies, the Notre Dame International Security Center, the Notre Dame Democracy Initiative, the Kellogg Developing Researchers Program, as well as the Stamps Scholarship. In her free time, she enjoys taking yoga sculpt classes, baking, painting, and learning languages!

Samuel Robinson

Sam Robinson is a freshman at the University of Notre Dame and is double majoring in Economics and Political Science with a minor in European Studies. Sam first started participating in Model UN in sixth grade and loves a competitive MUN committee. He is ecstatic to serve as the Director-General of NDMUNC II. Beyond MUN, Sam is actively involved in the Notre Dame community, serving as Parliamentarian of the Student Union and as a Peer Advocate. He is also a Co-Lead of an SPN Project, investigating human rights violations perpetrated by Chinese companies to recommend sanctions to the Treasury Department. Intensely interested in international security issues, Sam is a Notre Dame International Security Center Fellow and contributes to the Irish Spyglass, a weekly intelligence-oriented brief. In his free time, Sam enjoys hiking, reading, and practicing taijiquan. Curtis Brashaw

Curtis Brashaw is a Sophomore at the University of Notre Dame Studying International Economics and Mandarin Chinese. He has been involved in Model United Nations since his freshman year of high school, typically competing in General Assembly committees. Curtis enjoys serving as a tour guide at Notre Dame, getting coffee, and exploring new places. He is also involved in policy research on campus through Student Policy Network and the Lab of Economic Opportunities. Curtis is absolutely PUMPED to serve as Crisis Director for this conference and has full confidence in our Chairs to make it a great time. Cooper Cunningham

Cooper is a Sophomore at Notre Dame currently studying Philosophy. He originally hails from Las Vegas, Nevada. After joining Notre Dame Model United Nations last fall, he got the opportunity to compete with the team at the Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN) college conference where he represented the Philippines in the Social, Humanitarian, and Cultural Committee (SOCHUM). Outside of Model UN, he enjoys indoor rock climbing, as well as playing pickleball, filling out the Washington Post daily crossword, and talking about his favorite show Survivor. He is excited to be your Under Secretary General of Internal Affairs, and have a great conference as a whole.

Learn More About Anna

Anna Saadeh is a Sophomore at the University of Notre Dame majoring in Strategic Management and Arabic on the pre-law track. She started Model United Nations in the fall of her freshman year at Notre Dame. Anna is a researcher for the Student Policy Network, an Innovation for Impact club and Baraka Bouts women’s boxing club member, an English tutor, a Tour Guide, and a proud matcha drinker spending all her flex points on it.
