In that capacity, she played a key role in executing laboratory research programs and mentoring junior staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Research Focus:<\/strong> Co-advised by Prof. Joshua Shrout and P.D. Nallathamby, Carlie\u2019s doctoral research investigates <strong>multivalent nanoparticles for immune recruitment in cancer therapy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Track Record:<\/strong> Carlie has already contributed significantly to the field, with recent co-authored publications including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Receptor Independent Magnetoelectric Nanocarriers for Spatiotemporally Controlled Chemotherapy&#8230;<\/em> (ChemRxiv, 2025)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>PLGA nanoparticles formulations loaded with antibiotics&#8230;<\/em> (Military Medicine, 2024)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Nanoscale Advances<\/em> (2024)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Nallathamby Lab is proud to welcome Carlie Kudary as a PhD student in Bioengineering (Civil Engineering Environmental Earth Sciences) this Fall 2025.
