The <a style=\"color: #0c2340\" href=\"https:\/\/precisionhealth.nd.edu\/opportunities\/technology-bridge-fund\/\">Technology Bridge program<\/a> supports promising precision-health projects in generating the additional preliminary data needed to\u00a0 strengthen high-impact grant resubmissions.<\/p>\n<p>The funded project \u2014 <em>Multispecific Bridge-Nanoparticle Loading and T-Cell Engagement for Refractory Ovarian Cancer<\/em> \u2014 is led by PI <strong>Prakash D. Nallathamby<\/strong> (BIPH) in collaboration with Co-PI <strong>Sharon Stack<\/strong> (Harper Cancer Research Institute). It advances a nanoparticle platform designed to recruit a patient&#8217;s own immune cells against ovarian tumor cells, a strategy aimed at one of the most treatment-resistant cancers in women.<\/p>\n<p>Building on proof-of-principle results from the lab&#8217;s broader oncology pipeline, the Bridge project will generate targeted preliminary datasets that directly address reviewer feedback from a prior CDMRP Ovarian Cancer Research Program submission.
