For poster presenters: <\/strong>posters will be presented using Zoom Breakout Rooms. Poster presenters are encouraged to prepare their posters in Powerpoint or PDF format. Presenting the poster on 2-3 slides is also acceptable, but presenters should be prepared to go back and forth through their material for each visitor. If the presenter leaves their breakout room, their poster presentation will not be accessible by anyone until they return to the same Breakout Room. Two poster sessions are scheduled to allow poster presenters to chose the session which is more suitable for their time zone.
