Travel to Notre Dame
By car
GPS Instructions
Set a destination either as the Walsh Family Hall of Architecture, or the intersection of Holy Cross Dr. with Eddy St. Visitor parking is less than one block east on Holy Cross Dr. from either of these, on the right.
By US80/90 (Indiana Toll Road)
Take Exit 77 for South Bend/Notre Dame. Continue through the toll plaza and then turn right onto IN 933. At the fourth stoplight, turn left onto Angela Blvd. Follow Angela Blvd to the first stoplight and turn left onto Notre Dame Ave.

From the south
Entering South Bend, the freeway will end and become Michigan St. Stay on Michigan St., which will go through downtown South Bend. Heading north out of the downtown area, pass through two roundabouts and cross the St. Joseph River. Go straight through the first stoplight (North Shore Blvd.), and then turn right at the second stoplight, onto Angela Blvd. Follow Angela Blvd to the first stoplight and turn left onto Notre Dame Ave.
From the north
Driving into Indiana (cross Stateline Rd.), continue 4.8 miles and turn left onto Angela Blvd. Follow Angela Blvd to the first stoplight and turn left onto Notre Dame Ave.
From the main gate
The main entrance to campus is through Notre Dame Ave. as it crosses Angela Blvd. For visitor parking, drive north through these main gates, and turn right at the first stop sign (Holy Cross Dr.) Continue through the next intersection (a four-way stop at Eddy St.) and look for visitor parking on the right.
By train
South Shore Line
The South Shore Line runs from Millennium Station in Chicago to the South Bend International Airport.
Amtrak
Amtrak offers rail service to South Bend as a stop on the Lake Shore Limited route or to Niles, Michigan, as a stop on the Michigan Services route. The South Bend train station is located on the near west side of downtown South Bend. The train station in Niles is located on Dey St. downtown, approximately 11 miles north of South Bend.
Location
The conference will be in McKenna Hall (use the McKenna placemark on the campus map.)
Parking
Parking charges are $8 for the day; pay at one of the kiosks. Parking rules and regulations are here. Visitor lot locations are on the campus map (use the Visitor Parking Overlay).
