D. in Anthropology from Berkley in 1991 and 1994, respectively. He now works as the Edmund P. Joyce C.S.C. Professor of Anthropology at the University of Notre Dame.<\/p>\n<p>Fuentes researches what it means to be human by looking at primate behavior, our ancestral history, and modern human actions. He has published more than 150 peer-reviewed articles and chapters, wrote or edited 19 books and one three-volume encyclopedia, and conducted extensive research across the globe.
