Each section, presented by a different subject curator, focuses on an example of how people over time and in different places, construct community and cultivate hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"object-object\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.nd.edu\/news\/cultivating-curiosity-how-early-americans-built-communities-through-learning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>A Community of Learners in Colonial America and the Early Republic<\/strong><\/a><br><em>Rachel Bohlmann, Ph.D. (Curator, American History and American Studies)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.nd.edu\/news\/organizing-through-sport-how-the-gay-games-built-community-in-the-1980s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Gay <s>Olympic<\/s> Games: Community Through Sport<\/a><\/strong><br><em>Gregory Bond, Ph.D. (Curator, Joyce Sports Research Collection)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Women Religious in Male Spaces<\/strong><br><em>David T.
