Come meet asset managers and investors from real estate firms around the country and hear more about how they add value in their communities through non-traditional real estate. 


October 5th

Title: REND Modeling Workshop #4

Time: 5pm – 5:45pm

Location: L068

The fourth session walks students through a real-world real estate development financial model, showing how pro formas are built and used in practice. Students will learn to connect development budgets, financing, and projected cash flows, gaining a clearer picture of how deals are evaluated from start to finish.


October 8th

Title: REND Modeling Workshop #5 (FOOD)

Time: 7pm – 7:45pm

Location: Mendoza 161

The final workshop ties all previous sessions together with a full walk-through of a mini case, demonstrating how to structure an investment pitch deck for a real-world scenario, preparing students with the skills needed to build an underwriting and memo for the internal case competition.

Title: Upperclassmen Q&A Panel

Time: 7pm – 7:45pm

Location: Mendoza 161

This panel will provide students the opportunity to listen, learn, and ask questions directly to REND Officers who have already navigated the recruiting process. These panelists will share how they secured internships and full-time offers as well as offer guidance on both career discernment and recruiting strategies.
