The shooting incident on Friday\u00a0nearby the Olympia shopping center shocked everyone. When it happened, I was just leaving the Carl Duisburg Center and\u00a0on my way back home with U-Bahn. The spot of incident is not far from the Olympic Park where the\u00a01972 Summer Olympics was held. I\u00a0played basketball there last\u00a0Tuesday, and saw the monument in memory of the Munich massacre. The monument is in front of the building in which the tragedy happened 46 year ago:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sites.nd.edu\/sla2016\/files\/2016\/07\/IMG_0595-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1689\" src=\"http:\/\/sites.nd.edu\/sla2016\/files\/2016\/07\/IMG_0595-1-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0595\" width=\"146\" height=\"192\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The tragedy on Friday caused great panic in the city. I heard the siren outside the\u00a0window for hours.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 300\">But everything has been back to order since Saturday.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Concerning my study, the past week is quite productive for me.
