The Editorial Board is a student-selected, student-run body that publishes the Journal at the conclusion of each academic year at Notre Dame. Led by three Editors-in-Chief, the Board reviews the best original undergraduate research in the College of Arts and Letters.
The Editorial Board, consisting of 16 editors, conducts a rigorous vetting process of submissions from across the liberal arts, humanities, and social sciences. The Board serves to evaluate, select and refine submissions for final publication. Editors guide authors to improve both arguments and research to ensure that their papers are prepared for the Journal’s readership.
We invite all interested Arts and Letters students at Notre Dame to apply to the 2018-2019 editorial board using the application below. The application is due December 14 at 5 pm. Our initial meeting will take place the first week of the spring semester.
The Journal is no longer accepting applications for the 2018-2019 Editorial Board.
