To ensure that this remains at the forefront of our mission, we have introduced the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/expressfeedback.net\/enterprise\/videos?s=ex527xp&amp;tc=28936ac7-1390-4184-a548-14bc0ed06da2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leadership is Listening<\/a>\u00a0tool as a means to provide feedback as a gift.
