AAUW to Train 10 Million Women to Negotiate Their Financial Futures by 2022 – and unveils plan to achieve pay equity by 2030

AAUW marked Equal Pay Day this year with Chief Executive Officer Kimberly Churches authoring a CNN article highlighting AAUW’s plan to close the pay gap — via passing laws, working with employers to change practices, and training 10 million women to negotiate their salaries by 2022 through AAUW’s Work Smart program.
