Bill Kakenmaster is a PhD student in political science at Notre Dame researching decarbonization outcomes in authoritarian regimes. He is also interested in political economy, regimes, methodology, and much more. Bill is from Colorado originally but has lived all over, including DC, London, Dublin, and now South Bend. A big fan of all outdoor activities, he especially enjoys hikes and nature walks.

Kerby Davis is a PhD student in political science at Notre Dame researching the rise and fall of great powers in international relations, with interests in military affairs, history, and political philosophy. Kerby claims Utah as home, but most recently lived and worked in Washington DC. He enjoys science fiction, board games, and good books.
