For details, please see the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpc.unc.edu\/research-themes\/projects\/add-health-the-national-longitudinal-study-of-adolescent-to-adult-health\/\">project website<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Highlights of two innovations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empirical approaches to linking longitudinal datasets for modeling cognitive decline with aging and its association with dementia risk from young to old age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Novel biomarkers of inflammation and infection (interleukin or IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-<em>\u03b1,<\/em> CMV, HSV-1, <em>H.
