I develop technologies for Digital Twin and focus on the following application areas:
- Coastal Inundation — Improving forcing of hydrodynamics drivers with machine learning and data assimilation. Producing highly localized probabilistic storm surge guidance.
- Durability of Inorganic and Organic Materials Systems — Assessing durability of materials systems with testing, characterization, and modeling. Interrogating the durability of biofilms to enhance ultrasound-mediated therapies for inflammatory conditions.
