MAA American Mathematics Competitions at Notre Dame

MAA AMC Competitions (2026–2027)

The Department of Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics (ACMS)
at the University of Notre Dame hosts MAA American Mathematics Competitions
for students in the local community.

For the 2026–2027 academic year, we will host the AMC 10B and AMC 8.

Competition Dates

  • AMC 10B: Friday, November 13, 2026 at 4:30 PM
  • AMC 8: Date and time to be determined

The deadline for students to sign up for the AMC 10B is Friday, November 6, 2026.
The deadline for students to sign up for the AMC 8 is Friday, January 15, 2027.

Eligibility

  • AMC 10: Students must be in grade 10 or below and under
    17.5 years of age on the day of the competition.
  • AMC 8: Students must be in grade 8 or below and under
    14.5 years of age on the day of the competition.
