Each lab session will be broken into two groups.  You must attend your assigned time unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Tuesday April 22nd

Section 3 Sage:  Meets at 9:00 AM, returns at 10:30 AM

Section 4 Nathan:  Meets at 10:30 AM, returns at 12:15 AM

Section 6  Li:  Meets at 1:30 PM, returns at 3:15 PM

Section 5  Jenn:  Meets at 3:15 PM, returns at 5:00 PM

Thursday April 24^th

Section 7 Stefan:  Meets at 9:00 AM, returns at 10:30 AM

Section 8 Ben:  Meets at 10:30 AM, returns at 12:15 AM

Section 9  Sam:  Meets at 1:30 PM, returns at 3:15 PM

Section 10 Matt:  Meets at 3:15 PM, returns at 5:00 PM

Monday April 28^th

Section 1  Shireen:  Meets at 1:30 PM, returns at 3:15 PM

Section 2 Kerri:  Meets at 3:15 PM, returns at 5:00 PM

Transportation to Izaac Walton League:  We will meet in your normal lab room and then proceed to the vans behind Jordan Hall as a group.  You are responsible to be at Jordan Hall at your assigned time. Your group cannot and will not wait for you if you are late!

Dress properly:  Although you will be provided with hip waders, keep in mind that you will be sampling in a stream, as well as walking through the woods. Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet and muddy. Please also remember to dress appropriately for the weather. You will be outside for at least an hour and a half. At this time of year it is often colder than it looks.

Weather considerations: Our field trip will continue as planned unless the weather is dangerous or absolutely horrible. A little drizzle will not cancel it. You are responsible for reporting to Jordan regardless of the weather. In case of severe weather an indoor makeup lab will be provided.

Materials to bring with you: Please print out a copy of the Data Sheets, and bring a pen or pencil. You may also want to bring a small notebook or clipboard to write on.  Copies of the invertebrate identification key will be provided.
