Barrier Point – Applying ADKAR® to Projects.

Successful organizational change hinges on how well individuals adapt to change. Join us as we continue our ADKAR® Model discussion and how to identify the barrier point (what holds us back from changing). 

The concept of a barrier point will be introduced and we’ll discuss what it is, how to determine it, and how to apply it when managing change. We will share a simple tool that can reveal where we can focus our efforts to help the change move efficiently.
