After attending the ACMP virtual conference, Maureen Hogue was particularly impressed by a presentation from Jennifer Rhodes of Markham Ventures. Jennifer spoke about the critical role of trust in organizations and how it directly influences the success of the organization, especially during times of change.
In this 20-minute session, Maureen will share some of the key points from Jennifer’s presentation and resources that will help build the trust crucial for leading people through change.
