Training & Access Control
All club members must complete mandatory safety training modules before working in a lab or with machinery. To initiate mandatory safety training and to request access to lab spaces, please email a list of your members and their ND IDs to Enes AYDIN.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Proper use of PPE is mandatory for certain lab and workshop activities. Use the documents below to assess your needs and ensure compliance.

Inspections & Assessment
Regular inspections and hazard assessments are crucial for maintaining a safe environment.

Essential Safety Documents
These documents are located in your club’s shared Google Drive folder. Please keep them updated with all relevant safety information for your club.

Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
Every club must have a detailed EAP in place to guide members during emergencies.
Training may be conducted in a variety of ways including having club members read the plan and/or via instruction by a supervisor or **club leader**. Regardless of how conducted, training must be documented for recordkeeping purposes. This can be accomplished by completing and submitting this **certification form**.
