Midwest Numerical Analysis Day 2026

April 11–12, 2026  •  Jordan Hall of Science, University of Notre Dame

The Midwest Numerical Analysis Day (MWNADay) 2026 conference will be held on April 11–12, 2026 at the University of Notre Dame. Since its inception in the 1990s, MWNADay has provided a forum for researchers in numerical analysis, scientific computing, and related fields—primarily from the Midwest—to share ideas, present new results, and foster collaboration. The conference offers an affordable and supportive environment, with particular encouragement for graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior faculty to participate.

The purpose of the conference is to promote the exchange of ideas in numerical analysis and its applications, support continued research activity among regional faculty, and expose graduate students and early-career researchers to current and emerging topics. MWNADay aims to strengthen the regional numerical analysis community by fostering collaboration, mentorship, and professional development.

Conference registration deadline: Friday, March 27, 2026
