On Friday, folks with hotel accommodations will be staying at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites on Eddy Street in downtown South Bend.
The hotel is located at 1220 East Angela Boulevard South Bend, Indiana, USA, 46617
Check in is at 3pm and check out is 12pm.
Our event on Friday afternoon/evening will be at the Embassy Suites — this is directly across the street from the hotel. There are a variety of fun bars downtown that our graduate students frequent if anyone is interested in them.
On Saturday, we will meet McCourtney Hall. Coffee, lunch, and breaks will be held in the basement and we will move into one of the main lecture halls for presentations. Free parking can be found in two locations, each is about a quarter mile walk to McCourtney Hall. Both lots should be open.
