All three sessions of the conference will take place in the Stayer Center. The event’s registration desk, name tag pick-up, and lunch will be held in the Downes Ballroom in Corbett Family Hall, accessible via Gate 4 (east side) on the 7th floor.

Directions to the Downes Ballroom:
- If you are staying at the Morris Inn: the Downes ballroom is about 11 min. walk. Please ask the hotel staff for directions.
- If you are staying at the Embassy Suites: Exit Embassy Suites Notre Dame and head north on Eddy Street toward the Notre Dame campus.Cross Angela Boulevard and continue straight onto Eddy Street as it enters campus. Follow Eddy Street north until you reach Holy Cross Drive. Turn left onto Holy Cross Drive and continue walking. Turn right at Corbett Family Hall, located next to Notre Dame Stadium. Enter through Gate 4 (east side) and take the elevator to the 7th floor for the Downes Ballroom.
- If you are staying at the Ivy Court Inn: Exit Ivy Court Inn and head north on Twyckenham Drive toward Angela Boulevard. Turn left onto Angela Boulevard and walk west toward the Notre Dame campus. Turn right onto Eddy Street and continue walking north. Follow Eddy Street until you reach Holy Cross Drive. Turn left onto Holy Cross Drive and continue walking. Directions to Stayer Center:
- From Morris Inn: Exit Morris Inn and head north on Notre Dame Avenue. Turn right onto Holy Cross Drive. Continue walking straight, and the Stayer Center will be on your left.
- From Embassy Suites: Exit Embassy Suites and head north on Eddy Street toward Notre Dame Avenue. Turn left onto Notre Dame Avenue. Turn right onto Holy Cross Drive.Continue walking straight, and the Stayer Center will be on your left.
- From Ivy Court Inn: Exit Ivy Court Inn and head north on Twyckenham Drive. Turn left onto Angela Boulevard. Turn right onto Eddy Street and continue straight. Turn left onto Holy Cross Drive, and the Stayer Center will be on your right.
- From downtown: if you are staying in downtown South Bend, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft for convenience, you are likely to be dropped here. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
To travel from South Bend International Airport (SBN) to your hotel, you have several transportation options:
- Rental Car: Available at the airport for flexibility during your stay.
- Taxi or Rideshare Services: Taxis and services like Uber or Lyft are accessible at SBN.
Parking information:
If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, you have the option to park in the Eddy Street Commons parking garage, which can be accessed from Eddy Street or the intersection of Napoleon and Burns. The parking rates are as follows: the first 2 hours are free, with the cost increasing progressively to $3 for 2-3 hours, $5 for 3-4 hours, $7 for 4-5 hours, $9 for 5-8 hours, and $11 for 8-24 hours. A fee of $11 applies for lost tickets.
If you are staying at the Morris Inn, overnight self-parking in the Morris Inn parking lot is available for $18 per day.
Ivy Court Inn offers free parking accommodations for its guests.
Additionally, if you are visiting for the day, you may park in the Walsh Visitor Lot.
