About

I am a current PhD student in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics, with main interests in numerical analysis, high order numerical methods for PDEs, computational fluid dynamics, and scientific computing. I also have interests in magnetohydrodynamics, computational methods for optimal control problems, and global climate modeling.

I received my B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014, and my M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2017. My thesis work was in computational modeling of magnetohydrodynamic flows, and verification of the Nek5000 spectral element code.
