Will E. Bruckert
IT Solutions Specialist

Will E. Bruckert serves as an IT Solutions Specialist in the College of Arts and Letters. His primary focus is in the Psychology Department supporting all the specialized classrooms and research labs.

Will first joined the OIT in 2000 as a student computer consultant and has served in various roles since then developing technology solutions that support teaching, learning, and research.

Bruce Carter
Senior IT Solutions Specialist

Bruce Carter currently serves as a Senior Systems Engineer and IT Solutions Specialist for the Center for Creative Computing. In this role he manages all the computer equipment in the Art labs in Riley Hall and West Lake Hall.

Bruce joined the University in 1999 and was the inaugural member of the Center for Creating Computing. He assisted in authoring the proposal for the Center for Creative Computing. Bruce has a variety of interests including programming, gaming, designing and educating. He describes himself as a Geek, Macazoid, Gentleman, Scholar, Former Athlete and General Propellerhead.

Dave Klawiter
Senior IT Solutions Specialist

Dave Klawiter serves as a Senior Systems Engineer for the Center for Creative Computing. In this role, he manages all of the computing equipment in the Film Theater and Television labs in the basement of the DeBartolo Performing Arts.Center. He also is the mastermind behind the College of Arts and Letters FileMaker Pro database used to manage all Human Resources within the College of Arts and Letters.

Dave joined the University in 1991 and was the inaugural member of the College of Arts and Letters Computing Office at its inception. If you ask Dave about his family, you will find that he has hosted a large number of exchange students from all over the world. He continues to keep in contact with all his "host kids" no matter where their adventures take them.

Ryan Maure
IT Solutions Consultant

Ryan Maure serves as an IT Solutions Constultant for the College of Arts and Letters. In this role, he supports the technology needs of faculty and staff focusing his attention on the departments of Sociology, Romance Languages and Literature, East Asian Languages and Literature, Program of Liberal Studies, JJRC, ISLA and Irish Languages and Literature.

Ryan joined the University in 2016 serving in the same capacity for the School of Architecture. He moved to the College of Arts and Letters Computing Office in September of 2017. When he is not at work, you will find him spending time with his family.

Kristen Morin
IT Director, College of Arts and Letters

Kristen Morin serves as the Manager of the College of Arts and Letters Computing Office. In this role, she is responsible for providing technology solutions and support for all faculty and staff. She also manages the relationship between the OIT and the College of Arts and Letters, leveraging central services where it makes sense. Finally, she partners with the Dean's Office to set technology standards and provides strategic consulting for all of the technology needs of the College of Arts and Letters.

Kristen joined the University in 2006 as an Application Developer and Project Manager in the OIT. She began managing IT Solutions Consultants and Application Developers in 2010, serving the divisions of University Relations, Campus Safety, Campus Services and Facilities Design and Operations. When she is not at work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and volunteering in the community.

Matt Pollard
IT Solutions Consultant

Matt Pollard serves as an IT Solutions Consultant for the College of Arts and Letters. In this role, he supports the technology needs of faculty and staff focusing his attention on the departments of Philosophy, History, Music, Sacred Music, The Center for Ethics and Culture and The Center for Philosophy and Religion.

Matt joined the University in 2007 as a member of the OIT Helpdesk. He moved on to hold several other positions in OIT before joining the Arts and Letters Computing Office in September 2017. Matt's interest outside of work include brewing beer, Amateur Radio, Curling, Rugby, Freemasony and just spending time with his family.

Randy Yoho
IT Solutions Consultant

Randy Yoho serves as an IT Solutions Consultant for the College of Arts and Letters. In this role, he supports the technology needs of faculty and staff focusing his attention on the departments of Political Science, English, Classics, PhD in Literature, German and Russian Languanges and Literature, Film Theater and Television and Art Art History and Design.

Randy joined the University in 1999 and has been in the Arts and Letters Computing Office since 2000. When Randy isn't at work, you will find him busy working with the Boy Scouts of America.
