Antibiotic Resistance

Date: Friday, October 30, 2026 (9 AM – 6 PM) Faculty Lead: Shahriar Mobashery (Chemistry) Part of our October 30th double-header, this intensive workshop addresses the global challenge of antibiotic resistance. The program features 8–10 specialized sessions delivered by top-tier scientists, focusing on mechanisms of resistance and the development of new therapeutics.

Biological Clocks: A Premier Lecture

Date: TBA (Weekday Evening) Faculty Lead: Giles Duffield (Biological Sciences) In partnership with the UK-based “Clock Club,” this marquee evening event features a premier lecture by a world-renowned specialist in chronobiology. Hosted and introduced by Professor Duffield, this session is designed for both the academic community and the public.
