Recruitment and Employment

A comparison of starting salaries for civil and environmental engineering graduates is tabulated below. These numbers were updated as of March 2024. Please remember that there is a great deal of variability in individual salaries due to factors such as job location (with the U.S. having a wide spectrum of different costs of living by location), industry, company, associated benefits’ packages, and previous experience and qualifications. Salary growth and job satisfaction for career professionals in the built environment industry are both growing strongly.
