Each year, members of Notre Dame Society of Women Engineers attend the SWE National Conference, held in a different city across the country. This premier event offers students invaluable opportunities to connect with top companies—many of which don’t typically recruit at Notre Dame’s Career Fair.

In addition to an extensive career fair, the conference features dozens of workshops and seminars led by engineering professionals, offering insights into technical topics, career development, and leadership. Notre Dame SWE members represent the university and build connections with fellow engineering students from across the nation.

Many of our members have found internships and full-time positions through the SWE National Conference. Each year, our chapter expands its network, helping to bring new professional opportunities and industry connections to Notre Dame’s campus.
