You will recieve an email after the abstract submission closes on if you have been selected for a poster or oral presentation. Please know that we value every abstract submitting and wish we could off an oral presentation slot to everyone, program time limits our available speaking slots. For best results, please select “Oral Presentation or Poster” when submitting your abstract to maximize your chances of placement.
Poster Presentations
48″ X 36″. Poster pins will be provided. There is no on-site poster printing.
Oral Presentations
Presentations should be 10 minutes in length. There will be an additional two minutes for questions afterwards. Presentations should be in PowerPoint format with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Selected presenters must email their presentations to ndtracconference@nd.edu by 7 am on September 26th. Presenters are also encouraged to bring a flash drive with a backup copy of their presentations.
