Managers and supervisors have many responsibilities. One very important, and growing, responsibility is employee development. This program will provide assistance as you plan for the 2014-2015 performance management cycle. It will focus on Notre Dame’s Developmental Philosophy, and provide examples on how to conduct effective developmental discussions. There will also be a discussion of roles and responsibilities, information regarding the career development process, a review of “best practices,” the most effective development methods, and on/off campus resources. In this informal setting, managers and supervisors will be encouraged to ask questions and share experiences. Tuesday, July 15th, 2:30-4 p.m., Register through Endeavor.
