Notre Dame launches the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate

Building on the University’s academic excellence and distinctive Catholic mission, Notre Dame launches the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate to establish a preeminent center for the study of real estate. Made possible by a generous gift from Ward and Kathy Fitzgerald, the Institute supports an interdisciplinary curriculum—including investment, development, design, construction, sales, and law—and offers a University-wide undergraduate minor in real estate.
